AlphaRep ("the App") is a fitness management application that allows gym subscribers to view their workout programs, log exercise data, schedule sessions with trainers, and receive notifications. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

We collect the following information when your gym registers you as a subscriber:

  • Name — to identify you within the app
  • Email address — used for login and account identification
  • Phone number (optional) — if provided by your gym for contact purposes

We also collect data you enter while using the App:

  • Workout logs — weights, reps, and hold times you record during workouts
  • Scheduled sessions — dates and times of sessions booked with your trainer

3. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to:

  • Authenticate your login to the App
  • Display your personalized workout programs
  • Save your workout progress and history
  • Enable scheduling of training sessions
  • Deliver notifications from your trainer or gym

4. Data Sharing

Your personal information and workout data are shared only with your assigned trainer and gym administrators. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

Your data is stored securely on cloud servers with encryption in transit. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information. Exercise demonstration videos are stored on Cloudinary, a secure cloud media platform.

6. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your subscriber account is active with your gym. If you wish to have your data deleted, please contact your gym administrator.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
